Boardlogic for Nonprofits

Quantity

Organisations may request one annual subscription of Boardlogic of 5 user licenses per year. Additional users can be added to the subscription at a 50% discount.

Anti-discrimination policy

Organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate. Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive products.

Reference and Case Study

Recipient organisations must agree to be a public reference of Boardlogic and provide information to Praxonomy for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this program.

Product Distribution

Products will be distributed to qualifying organisations only, not to individuals. Recipient organisations may not transfer or resell Praxonomy products or otherwise.

Terms of Service

Organisations that request Boardlogic must agree to Praxonomy's standard agreement for such products as well as any applicable Praxonomy terms of service as a prerequisite for obtaining access to the products.

Existing Client

Organisations that already have subscriptions to Boardlogic are eligible to renew those subscriptions through this program. However, no refunds will be issued.

Not all nonprofits organisations are eligible for donated Praxonomy products. Ineligible organisations include the following:

• Schools, colleges, universities or trade schools
• Credit unions
• Sport organisations
• Government agencies
• Loan or credit reporting organisations
• Political activity organisations
• Employee or membership benefit organisations
• Medical institutions, hospitals and medical groups
• Religious organisations without a secular community designation. A secular designation is defined as an organisation separate from the church or religious organisation that provides services to people regardless of their religious beliefs and does not propagate a belief in a specific faith.
