Praxonomy Appoints Finance Executive Matthew Chaloner to Board of Directors

LONDON, April 21, 2022 – Praxonomy, an emerging global SaaS board portal solution provider committed to driving modern corporate governance, today announced that Matthew Chaloner has been appointed to the Praxonomy Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Matthew brings more than 30 years of experience within the industrial and technology sectors which includes over 20 years at Board level, most notably as CEO of Howle Holdings plc and CFO of NetDimensions (Holdings) Limited, both UK-listed companies. Matthew has extensive experience in corporate transactions, having been involved in the sale of both Howle Holdings plc (LON: HOH) to Elektron plc (LON: EKT) in 2006 and NetDimensions (Holdings) Limited (LON: NETD) to Learning Technologies Group plc (LON: LTG) in 2017. Matthew, a qualified Accountant, is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Matthew formed his own consultancy in 2018, providing corporate consultancy services to clients based in Europe and Asia.
