At Praxonomy, our mission is to help and empower boards by enabling them to become more efficient, effective, and compliant with a powerful, accessible, and innovative software solution. Praxonomy's governance solutions are designed to be easily implemented, intuitive, and effective.
Our Story
We founded Praxonomy in 2017 after a successful venture in enterprise talent management software. From our own experience and insights, we saw the opportunity to push the envelope in the SaaS space for boards of directors.
The team shared a vision to create innovative technology solutions to help boards become more efficient, effective and compliant. We believed that our product must be easy for board members and executives to get started with and highly intuitive to use. Most importantly, the platform must have high-grade security built-in from the ground up to withstand the increasing cyber threats faced by organisations.
Our guiding principles were that anything we make must be simple, affordable and secure.
We launched our flagship product, Boardlogic, a board meeting management solution, in late 2018. Today, Praxonomy is a leading board software company offering a solution to digitally transform boards of organisations across multiple industries.
